Last updated
Welcome. This is the official documentation for aiapps365 — the AI receptionist that answers your business phone 24/7, captures every lead, books appointments, sends SMS confirmations, and hands off to a real human when needed.
Pick your path
- First time here? Start with Welcome.
- Setting up your receptionist? Jump to Configure → Voice persona.
- Ready to hear it speak? Skip ahead to Test → Make a test call.
What's in this guide
The docs are organized in the order you'll hit them as a new customer:
- Getting started — sign in to your account, take a tour of the dashboard.
- Configure — tell the AI how to answer your phone (greeting, hours, transfers).
- Test — preview the prompt the AI uses, then dial the number and hear it work.
Every page has a status badge at the top so you know if the feature is stable, beta, or coming soon. Badges pull from the live product catalog — they update automatically as features ship.
How this works under the hood
When a caller dials your business number:
- Twilio routes the call to your dedicated AI assistant (built on Vapi)
- The assistant greets the caller with your first message (bilingual if you set it up that way)
- It listens, transcribes via Deepgram, decides what to do based on your config + the call history
- It can: book appointments, transfer to a human, capture a callback, send an SMS, lookup a customer — all without you lifting a finger
- After the call ends, you see the transcript, the recording, and any lead/booking captured — in your dashboard
The whole system is set, forget, thrive — you configure it once, the AI does the work.
